Customs law under control with SWLEX

We are familiar with the complexities of EU customs legislation rules, including specific electronic custom procedures. We represent our clients in proceedings before customs administrative bodies in Poland, as direct representatives.

Customs due diligence

We help prepare your company to perform activities in accordance with applicable custom regulations including current customs law. We conduct legal audits and make improvement suggestions what is to improve regarding company’s procedures, taking into account criteria of compliance with the authorised economic operator (AEO) requirements set out in the Union Customs Code.

Privileges, facilitations and simplifications

We offer advice on choosing the most effective way of applying customs legislation. We help obtain permits from the customs administrative bodies, including those that require cooperation in several EU countries. We assist in securing customs debts and customs duties.

We represent you as your customs representative in all types of customs proceedings, including e-Client, eAEO and CDS systems and, in the nearest future, a new service called e-Decisions. We explain the complexities of customs affairs digitalization and the use of PUESC and TRADER PORTAL.

We offer help and support in all matters within the scope of the interpretation and implementation of customs permits, as well as in all matters regarding your company participation in international trade. In support of this purpose, we also offer specific training for your team.
